We’ve reserved seats for guests named on invitations; please check your invite to see if a plus-one is included. If your invitation lists a guest, you’re welcome to bring them; otherwise, the guest list is limited to those named.

We suggest arriving at around 3:15, or 3:30 at the absolute latest to give yourself time to find the venue, park, and get settled. The ceremony will start promptly at 4 at the outside space by the deck, with no more admittance allowed after 4pm out of respect for the couple, family, and other guests.

Parking is free and available to accommodate all guests on site at Swan Barn Door in the gravel area. Please be respectful of the venue by parking in only assigned spots.

June in Wisconsin is typically warm and pleasant. Expect daytime highs in the mid-70s to mid-80s°F with cooler evenings in the 50s–60s°F. Afternoon humidity and occasional thunderstorms are possible, so layering is recommended (light jacket or shawl for the evening and comfortable shoes for outdoor spaces). Both the ceremony and reception will be at the same location: Swan Barn Door in Wisconsin Dells, WI! The ceremony will be, weather dependent, in the outdoor altar space off the back deck. The cocktail hour will be on the outdoor deck, followed by the dinner and reception inside the barn.

We love your little ones, but please note this is an adults-only celebration. We hope you can make childcare arrangements and still join us for the day. Thank you for understanding.
